Booth Space for the 2009 Seminar is now available. This year's NIH Regional Seminar will provide space for exhibitors to display materials and ideas in the Grand Foyer of the Marriott during the two-day seminar. 

SPACE IS LIMITED and exhibitors will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration and payment is due on or before June 1, 2009.

Exhibitor Registration
Registration for exhibitors is not available online. Exhibitors must register via fax or mail using the downloadable Exhibit Registration form

Company Description
A 50-word description of your company’s services, products or publications should be emailed to Ms. Janelle Jobe a conferences@rippleeffect.com no later than June 1, 2009. Submissions after this date will not be included in the program booklet.

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation of space will be accepted or refunds made after May 1, 2009.
