METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa at the Conference rate of $179.00 plus applicable sales tax (subject to hotel room availability). Room reservations for the Seminar are to be made by individual attendees, directly with Marriott Reservations at (800) 297-5056. In order to receive the conference rate, callers must identify their affiliation with group name, NIH Regional Seminar.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Any reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one nights’ room and tax. Reservations by attendees must be completed on or before June 11, 2009. After this date, rooms will not be available at the conference rate.

Reservations by attendees must be completed on or before June 11, 2009.  After this date, rooms will not be available at the conference rate.
