Seminar Registration Fees
The seminar is scheduled for Thursday, June 25, and Friday, June 26, 2009.

Registration fees includes the cost of registration, conference proceedings, conference materials, two continental breakfasts and lunch meals, coffee breaks and a reception to be held Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Marriott in the Valencia Ballroom and Terrace.

Electronic Research Administration (eRA) Hands-on Computer Workshops
The eRA Hands-on Computer Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. In order to participate in the eRA Hands-on Computer Workshop, you must have registered for the Seminar. The registration fee for each workshop block is $150 ($300 to attend the full day). Please note the eRA Hands-On Workshops have reached full capacity; new registration and waiting list requests is now closed.

Cancellations and Refunds
Written cancellations and requests for registration fee refunds must be received on or before June 4, 2009. Registration fee refunds will be issued less a $25 administrative fee.  After June 4, 2009, registration fees are non-refundable.  Refunds are not given for no-shows. All refunds will be processed after the close of the seminar.  Substitutions are allowed.
